A love letter to New York, one cup at a time
What began as a single kiosk with an outsized belief in great coffee has grown into a city-wide ritual — without ever losing the craft.

It started with a single cup
In 2014 we opened one small kiosk in Midtown, built from reclaimed wood, with a simple conviction: a great day should start with great coffee. No shortcuts, no syrups you can't pronounce — just carefully sourced beans, skilled hands and a warm welcome.
Twelve years later, that conviction hasn't changed. We still train every barista for months. We still bake our viennoiserie before sunrise. And we still believe that the small ritual of a perfect cup can quietly make the whole city kinder.
“Let us be grateful to people who make us happy; they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom.”— in the spirit of Marcel Proust

Craft, community and conscience
We measure success in more than cups sold. We measure it in growers paid fairly, regulars greeted by name, and a city that feels a little warmer because of the corner we keep.

Come be part of the story.
